Can you repair my deck, or does it need to be replaced?
We inspect the structure first. If the frame is sound, we repair boards and railings. If it is not, we will tell you straight and quote a rebuild.
What railing materials do you install?
Wood and metal railings, for porches, decks and stairs, inside and out.
Wood or composite decking?
Composite costs more up front and almost nothing after. Wood costs less now and needs regular staining and sealing. We price both for your deck so it is an easy comparison.
Do deck projects need permits in Metro Atlanta?
New decks and structural rebuilds usually do, and the rules vary by county and city. We confirm what your address requires and handle it.
